Out stay at Umhlanga was a total delight and this was due mainly to our choice of Manaar House as our temporary residence. The place and its decor are magical but above this, the warm, helpful, and friendly attitude displayed by both Mark and yourself are outstanding and deserve commending. I intend to send my comments to Trip Advisor because it is the good things in life that we need to not overlook.

We recently spent 17 nights at Manaar House in the self catering apartment, and had a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach and downtown (10-15 min walk). We were very happy to have our own living and dining room and kitchen to make our own meals etc, but we also had a breakfast by the pool one morning, which was very good. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are great, we also had a private balcony. The apartment is very roomy and perfect for an extended stay, we felt very at home. Jack and Mark are the perfect hosts, and the staff do an excellent job, we hope to be back soon.
